this pottery barn black dresser has 3 large drawers that work like a dream with built in stoppers and it does not have those horrible side rails..its on a single middle track.  it has hand written script and has been sealed for long lasting protection. I left the top in a light natural wood so that it would not show all the dust like an all black piece would....she is offered at $125.oo.......we can deliver or ship if interested...please e-mail me.

1950s coffee table...sold....

This retro beauty is in amazing condition. She has been painted in old white on her legs and hand buffed on top to restore natural wood.  She has one beauty mark on top and price reflects the flaw...

chandy dresser....Sold....

I finally have some new things to post....this 4 drawer dresser is done in antique ivory then glazed . I added some fun print around the drawers and the door of the cabinet. The front of the door is also painted in chalk paint so fun messages could be added to it....SOld

This vintage mirror was given a face-lift and painted in the slate (milk paint)..then lightly distressed and given 3 coats of wax and hand buffed. She is a heavy beauty made with a solid wood back.

She was given a sweet little french label to make her complete...she is offered at $70.00...she is on sale to my blog customers for $60.00....gotta make room for more projects so mrs.viki's gotta go!!

watch out for a mirror

I should have a mirror up for sale on saturday.....she is drying as I am typing....shes a big , rectangular, Victorian mirror.  the color will be slate with a little old white highlights and dark wax....Keep an eye out for her!!!

WEATHERED COFFEE TABLE SOLD

I RE-IMAGINED THIS OLD PIER ONE COFFEE TABLE IN MILK AND CHALK PAINT. iT HAS BEEN WAXED AND BUFFED FOR LONG LASTING PROTECTION.  THE BEST PART OF THIS TABLE IS THE MORE YOU BEAT HER UP THE BETTER SHE LOOKS.

I used slate milk paint and old white chalk paint.

So pinkie and blue boy are recent vintage finds.  they are paint by numbers from the 1950s done in oil. I redid the frame in graphite and clear wax...it was originally gold.  
                             

This was a credenza that was loved in an older couples home for many years.  It was in perfect condition just out dated.  I gave it some love in annie sloans graphite paint then did just the slightest bit of distressing.

the measurements are 5 feet in length and 2 feet in height...the width is 1ft and 6 inches...it has four small dawers that open up for storage...perfect for a flat screen tv
